A 25% deposit is to be paid on booking by cheque or bank transfer. The balance to be paid no later than 6 weeks before the arrival date.

Any cancellation must be made in writing no later than 8 weeks before the arrival date to receive 100% refund. After this date, no refund will be given.

Sorry, but although we love dogs, we cannot accept dogs to stay in our tents to respect other peoples allergies etc.

Please note that towels are not included.

On arrival, we ask for a 100€ cash deposit for breakages and cleaning. This is returned at the end of your stay assuming the following procedures have been followed :-

All bed linen except mattress & pillow protectors are removed.​

The tent is swepted and cleared from debris and personal belongings ( a broom and dust pan & brush are available in the communal kitchen area)

Bins are emptied and placed in the appropriate recycling bins.

All crockery & cutlery is washed and dried & returned to the tent kitchen or communal kitchen from whence they came.
