" In 2003, after years on the work treadmill we decided enough was enough & took the bold, some say mad decision to sell up & move to France.

   We bought a campsite, developed it, loved it & met a lot of great campers that we now call friends.

It had long been our aim to move to the Dordogne, so after 15 years of running our campsite we decided now was the time.

  We knew exactly where in the Dordogne we wanted to be. We had visited the Perigord Noir many times in the past, so we knew that the area around Sarlat-le -Caneda and Le Roque- Gageac would be perfect.

With a Dutch / English heritage, now living in France, I guess we really are european !!

  We made numerous trips and spent many hours searching high & low for the perfect place"...
